How do I get started?+
Submit an application through our contact page or reach out via email or Discord. Our team reviews every application personally and gets back to you to discuss your goals and the right mentorship scope.
How are mentorship sessions delivered?+
All sessions are delivered remotely through our private Discord community, voice channels and video calls. There is nothing to install beyond Discord, and no physical or in-game delivery is involved.
How does payment work?+
After your application is reviewed and the mentorship scope is agreed upon, our team sends a personalized Stripe payment link or invoice by email. We do not operate a self-serve checkout — every payment is preceded by a conversation.
What is your educational methodology?+
Mentors structure each engagement around personalized study plans, recurring 1:1 sessions, gameplay and logs reviews, and ongoing written feedback. The focus is decision-making, mechanics and long-term consistency.
How is the community moderated?+
The Player 2 Discord is a curated, members-only environment with explicit community guidelines. Moderation is handled by our team and trusted mentors. Harassment, hate speech and disruptive behavior result in immediate removal.
How long until I see results?+
Improvement depends on the member's effort, practice time and starting point. Player 2 makes no guarantee of specific rankings or in-game performance — we provide the educational framework and the community context.
Do you sell accounts, currency or boosting?+
No. Player 2 is strictly an educational mentorship company. We do not sell accounts, virtual currency, in-game items, boosting, piloting, ranking services, automated gameplay or third-party digital assets.
How do I request a refund?+
Send an email to support@player2.pro with your invoice reference. Refunds are reviewed individually under our Refund Policy. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most cases are resolved quickly and directly.
What is your support response time?+
Average first response within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 BRT (GMT-3).
