1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of services provided by Player 2 Tecnologia LTDA ("Player 2", "we", "us"), a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 42.830.468/0001-53, with fiscal address at Rua Comendador Torlogo Dauntre, 74, Sala 1207, Cambuí, Campinas — SP, CEP 13025-270, Brazil. By accessing this website, applying for access or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definition of services
Player 2 provides educational mentorship, gameplay analysis, strategy coaching sessions and access to a private Discord community for competitive World of Warcraft players. All services are educational, discussion-based and community-oriented, and are delivered entirely remotely.
We do not sell virtual currencies, in-game items, accounts, ranking services, piloting, boosting, automated gameplay, gambling services or third-party digital assets. We do not provide any service that delivers in-game progress on a customer's behalf.
3. Mentorship limitations
Mentorship is delivered as guidance, instruction and review. Mentors do not log into member accounts, do not play on behalf of members and do not perform in-game activities on their behalf. The role of a mentor is strictly to teach, analyze and advise.
4. No guarantee of results
Our services are educational in nature. Individual outcomes depend on the member's effort, practice and circumstances. Player 2 makes no guarantee of specific gameplay results, rankings, achievements or in-game performance.
5. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms. Minors may only participate with verified consent from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
6. Community rules and prohibited behavior
Members are expected to follow our community guidelines: behave respectfully, refrain from harassment, hate speech, doxxing, illegal content, advertising or disruptive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing or requesting account credentials.
- Soliciting or offering boosting, piloting or ranking services.
- Sharing private community content, recordings or materials with non-members.
- Using mentorship sessions to facilitate any prohibited service.
7. Application and onboarding
Access to mentorship and community is application-based. Player 2 reviews every application and reserves the right to decline access at its discretion. Approved members are contacted by our team to scope their plan before any payment is requested.
8. Payment terms
Payments are processed by Stripe under Player 2 Tecnologia LTDA. Payment links and invoices are issued manually after the mentorship scope has been agreed upon. By completing a payment, you confirm acceptance of the agreed scope, the recurring cadence (if any) and these Terms. Detailed billing information is available on our Billing & Payments page.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Members are encouraged to contact support@player2.pro before initiating any dispute with a card issuer or bank.
10. Account termination
Player 2 may suspend or terminate access for any member who violates these Terms, our community rules, applicable law or the rights of others. Termination for cause may occur without notice and without refund of services already rendered.
11. Intellectual property
All educational materials, guides, recordings, frameworks and content provided through our community are the property of Player 2 Tecnologia LTDA and may not be redistributed, resold or published without prior written permission.
12. Third-party trademarks
Player 2 is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Player 2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our educational services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of Campinas — SP, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
